All rates have been discounted 5% for the benefit of those who would like to pay in cash or travelers checks. Add 5% to the rate to determine full rate.
All specials apply to advance reservations only.
Deposit is refundable only if notified 30 days prior to arrival date, at a 50% service charge, otherwise no refund.
Misrepresentation voids reservation without refund.
Events listed or stated are tentative and subject to change.
All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes beyond our control.
Management has exclusive right to limit offers and assign room location.
Rates subject to change unless secured by advance reservations.
Reservations held until 6PM of check-in date for late arrivals unless other arrangements have been made. Reservations with deposits are not transferable.
No check-ins after 12 midnight unless notified.
No surf boards or bikes allowed in rooms.
No skateboards or roller skates allowed on premises.
No smoking of any type in room or on balcony. We have a smoking area on the property.
